The Victorian Veranda Country Inn is located three miles from Downtown Lawrence, and one mile from I-70, exit 204. The Inn sets in the Kansas River Valley, a very rich agriculture area.
The Inn, being located in this rural setting, allows the guest to escape to a time long past. You are away from the busy pace of the city. The Inn is located far enough from the city of Lawrence to be in the country, but close enough for all of the city conveniences.
The Victorian Veranda was built in 1998 under the close watch of Beverly and Rob Phillips, the Innkeepers. The Victorian style house has ten guest rooms (each with a private bath), parlor, lobby, two dining rooms, and a large wrap around veranda all for the guest’s enjoyment. |
